I suggest purchasing your tent trailer from a local dealer. They will generally offer you a warranty, and it is also much easier for you to find spare parts for your trailer. As mentioned earlier, you want to see if a trailer hitch is included; not having one included will drive up the price, not to mention time for installation. You also want to question the need for a generator, and what amenities you will have. For example, a microwave will drain your generator faster than anything else, but is also a very convenient way to reheat dinner. I prefer the middle range, as they tend to offer more value; however, if you can’t stand the idea of campground showers and toilets, you may be better off getting an RV.
